HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We process orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it. You can also contact support@mitocorebiogenics.com with your order number.

I SUBMITTED MY ORDER, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Order and shipping emails can occasionally land in spam/promotions. If you still can’t find it, email support@mitocorebiogenics.com and include your name and order details.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON REFUNDS AND RETURNS?
Returns are not accepted. Refunds or replacements are provided only for verified issues (carrier damage, missing/incorrect items, or other confirmed order issues) as described in our Refund Policy. If there’s any issue, contact support@mitocorebiogenics.com and we’ll help resolve it.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?
If your order has not entered processing, we may be able to help. Contact support@mitocorebiogenics.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes when the selected carrier/service supports it.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.

IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
For higher-value orders, signature confirmation may be required.
