1) Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed to our shipping carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. In rare cases, high order volume or backordered items may cause a delay. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it.

2) Carriers & Tracking
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. After a package is accepted by the carrier, transit time and handling are managed by the carrier. For the most accurate updates, please track the shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

3) Shipping Insurance (Included)
Shipping insurance is included on all orders and covers eligible lost or carrier-damaged packages during transit.

• Lost packages: We must allow 20 business days from carrier pickup before a package can be declared lost and an insurance claim can be filed.
   
• Damaged packages: Report damage within 3 days of delivery. We require clear photos of the damaged product and packaging (inside and outside).
   
• Theft after delivery: Insurance does not cover theft after the carrier confirms delivery. We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
   

4) Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and details. If verified, we will ship the missing item promptly.

5) High-Value Orders
For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required.
