Refund Policy

Refund Policy (Last Updated: Dec 22, 2025)

All Sales Are Final (No Returns)
Due to the sensitive nature of our research products and to protect against tampering, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.


Exceptions: Verified Issues Only
We will make it right if there is a verified issue with your order, including:


  • Carrier damage during transit
     
  • Missing items from your shipment
     
  • Incorrect item received
     
  • Verified quality issue (see “Quality Verification” below)
     

Reporting Window
All issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery (based on carrier delivery confirmation). Please email support@mitocorebiogenics.com with your order number and details.


Damaged Packages (Carrier Damage)
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We require clear photos of:


  • the damaged product(s)
     
  • the shipping packaging (inside and outside)
    This is required to support insurance and carrier claim documentation. After review, we will provide a replacement or refund for the affected item(s), at our discretion.
     

Missing or Incorrect Items
If an item is missing or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and details. If verified, we will either:


  • ship the missing/correct item promptly, or
     
  • issue a refund for the affected item(s)
     

Lost Packages
If tracking shows a package is lost in transit, we must allow 20 business days from carrier pickup before it can be declared lost and an insurance claim can be filed. Once confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund, at our discretion.


Theft After Delivery
If a carrier confirms successful delivery, we are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location.


Quality Verification (Third-Party Testing)
If you choose to have a product tested by an accredited third-party laboratory and the results show either:


  • purity below 95%, or
     
  • more than 10% under the labeled quantity,
    we will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit for the affected product. We may also cover reasonable testing costs when the test is verifiable and meets the criteria above. We must be able to verify the results directly with the testing facility.
     

How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement as an alternative resolution.
